Massage Therapy
Between the stress of work and family life and the demands placed on your body by hard exercise training, the restoration of the body requires adequate nutrition, water, rest, and tissue work. While some tissue work can be done by an individual themselves, the depth and quality of the work is unmatched where compared to that of a trained massage therapist. Additionally, there are some areas of the body where more pressure is needed than can be applied by one’s self or, in other cases, is completely out of one’s reach. Massage types include Swedish, prenatal (pregnancy), Pfrimmer deep muscle therapy, neuromuscular massage therapy, sports massage, hot rocks & aromatherapy, and are all available upon request.
