One on One Yoga

Get the most from all that yoga has to offer by working with a yoga professional one-on-one. Private training beginning with thorough assessment of fitness and health history. Yoga training takes clients through an experience that will challenge their flexibility, core strength, balance, muscular endurance, focus, breathing control while prompting them to let go of negativity and stress. Sessions available as singles and in discounted packages of 12 and 24.

Clients may choose to utilize yoga sessions with a certified yoga instructor in conjunction with their personal training package with the same professional or another trainer. Yoga training in combination with fitness training can offer the full spectrum of exercise benefits and each complements the other.
