Growing up in the fitness industry and following closely in her parents’ footsteps, Blake has been passionate about health and wellness from a young age. She attended the University of Pittsburgh and then West Chester University, where she finished Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Exercise Science. Blake is also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), and Certified Virtual Coach (CVC), and Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor (CYI). Her diverse education and hands-on experience allow her to take a well-rounded approach to fitness by integrating strength training, mobility, core stabilization, balance, postural alignment, corrective exercise, nutrition, recovery, and diaphragmatic breathing techniques to support overall health and long-term wellness.
Blake works with a wide variety of clients and is dedicated to creating personalized programs that help individuals move better, feel stronger, reduce discomfort, build confidence, and develop sustainable habits that improve both physical and mental well-being.
