We begin our relationship with a new client by doing an in-depth discussion of their health history, lifestyle, both broader and more specific goals and their experience in the gym and current training habits. We then perform a thorough assessment of their posture and movement habits as they go through a series of exercises intended to highlight where their strengths and weaknesses are. It is this information that helps us build a program that incorporates exercise tools that they can use to address these limitations in their movements as they learn optimal technique for the best exercises for strength, core stability and the ability to complete their endurance training with great breathing technique and no overuse injuries.
Sessions can be purchased individually or in packages of 12 or 24. We do encourage new clients to choose based upon their level of experience and their commitment to training on their own. It takes time and repetition to teach movement skill, address mechanical issues in their bodies and progress them to higher levels of performance to promote the changes that they seek in their bodies.
